With 15 years private sector work experience, Mwanto is a hardworking, goal oriented, self-motivated and dependable person with a bubbly personality who enjoys working with others as well as learning from others. Of the 15 years, 10 years have been at Managerial level.
Mwanto is a qualified in psychosocial counseling, and Social Work and continues to pursue qualifications in Human Resource Management.
“I believe that everyone is good at something, but sometimes, we find ourselves in the wrong position which restricts us from using our talents and showing our full potential. I love working with people and helping them find solutions to their problems and my background in Social Work and Psychosocial Counseling allowed me to take part in some wonderful projects.”
Mwanto has successfully conducted several workshops including one on “Helping Clients Succeed”, another for “Child Counseling” lasting ten days, and yet another on Child Psychosocial Counseling lasting five days.
